New Features

💡 Customer Creation Control

We added a new feature that allows blocking direct creation of customer records. When enabled, customers can only be created through the contacts module by using the Create as Customer action on the contact card. Any attempt to create a customer directly from the customer list is blocked with an error message that explains the correct procedure.


💡 Organized Product Documentation

We added a product roadmap and improved the home, setup, and permissions pages. This makes it easier to find information about product benefits, setup, and required permission sets.


💡 Posted Sales Credit Memos - New Amount (LCY) and Amount Incl. VAT (LCY) Fields

We added two new fields to the posted sales credit memo list: Amount (LCY) and Amount Incl. VAT (LCY). The local currency information is read when the page is opened. For each document, the values are calculated. If the document currency code is empty, the amounts are copied from the standard fields; otherwise, they are calculated based on the exchange rate stored in the document.


💡 Reserving Quantity on Sales Lines

We added the Reserve action to the sales lines page. The action opens reservation for the quantity of the selected item required on the document line. It is available only for lines that contain an item.


💡 Custom Fields on Purchase Quotes

We added support for custom fields on purchase quote headers and lines. Configured values are also transferred from the purchase quote to the purchase order created from it.


Bug Fixes

🐛 Blocking Posting of Zero-Value Sales Invoices

We fixed the blocking behavior for documents without a value. The Block Invoice Posting setting now applies only when posting sales invoices, not other sales document types.
