Zero VAT Amount Lines Optimization
The option collapses the VAT amount column on the printout when all document lines have a 0% VAT rate, giving the other columns more space.
📈 How It Works
When the option is enabled, the printout checks the VAT rates of the document lines. If every line has a 0% rate, the VAT amount column is collapsed. If at least one line has a rate other than 0%, the line layout stays unchanged.
The option works on these printouts:
- Sales Invoice using the New Base Layout,
- Purchase Order.
⚙️ Setup
- Open the Core Report Setup page.
- In the General section, enable the Optimize Zero VAT Amount Lines (New Base Layout only) field.
The field is disabled by default.
