How It Works
- Search for the KSeF Settings page (ITI NSeI Setup).
- Go to the Job Queues | N24KH section.
- Click the queue name (highlighted link) to create a new job queue entry.
- If an entry for the given code unit already exists, the system will open the existing job queue entry card.
- If the entry does not exist, the system will create a new entry with default settings and open its card.
- On the entry card, check the settings and activate the queue by changing the status from On Hold to Ready.
Note
Newly created queue entries always have On Hold status. Before activating, review the schedule settings and adjust them to your needs.
Queue Management
On the KSeF Job Queues list visible in the settings section, you can:
- View the description, status, next run date/time, and interval of each queue.
- Change the queue status using the Set Status to Ready or Put On Hold actions available in the list menu.
- Open the queue entry card using the Open Job Queue Entry Card action.
- Delete unnecessary entries directly from the list.
Integration with N24 Advanced Queues
If you also have the N24 Advanced Queues product, you gain additional KSeF queue management capabilities:
Automatic queue restarts — if an error occurs, the system automatically restarts the queue without requiring manual intervention. This eliminates the risk of downtime in KSeF document processing. Details: Queue Restarts.
Email error notifications — ability to configure notification recipients who will be immediately notified by email of KSeF queue issues. This allows the right people to quickly respond to errors. Details: Email Notifications.
Tip
KSeF queues handle critical business processes (invoice sending, UPO retrieval, purchase document processing). We recommend configuring automatic restarts and email notifications using N24 Advanced Queues to ensure continuity of operations.
