Add Packages

In the Packages step, add parcels sent as part of the order. You can add any number of lines; each line represents a separate parcel or shipment item.

📦 Add Packages

1. Add a package line.
2. Select the appropriate package code.
3. Check the suggested dimensions (length, width, and height) and weight.
4. Enter the quantity.
5. Repeat these steps for the remaining packages.

✅ Check Before Continuing

• Every package used must have Apaczka mapping configured.
• The weight of each line must be greater than zero.

If the system reports missing package configuration, complete it as described in Prepare Packages, then return to the wizard.

Note

Changing or removing a package line can require you to select the service again in the Product step because package parameters affect the availability and price of carrier services.

After checking the lines, select Next and continue to add-ons.
