Create an Apaczka Order

You can create an Apaczka order from a sales document or as a new transport order.

When you create an order from a sales order, you can specify the carrier in the Carrier field in the order header. On the Carriers page, set the Logistics Service field for this carrier to Apaczka. The system then selects Apaczka automatically. If the carrier has no assigned logistics service, select the service manually in the selection window.

📄 Start from a Document

1. Open the document for the shipment.
2. Select Create Transport Order.
3. If the carrier has no assigned Apaczka logistics service, select Apaczka manually.

The Transport Order Wizard opens. Data from the document is completed automatically when available.

📋 Create an Order without a Document

1. Open TMS | Transport Orders.
2. Select Order → New.
3. Select Apaczka as the logistics service.

In this option, complete all shipment details in the wizard.
