Complete Addresses

The first step of GFL Transport Order Creator is Addresses. Check the sender and recipient details before selecting Next.

📤 Sender Information

In Sender Information, enter or check:

• sender name,
• country, post code, city, and street,
• phone number, email address, and contact person when needed,
• GFL Sender Code.

The sender code is usually filled in from setup. When the field is empty, return to Set Sender and Recipient Codes.

📍 Loading Location

Complete Loading Location (Ship From) only when the shipment is collected from a place different from the sender address.

Select a location or enter the full loading-location details: name, country, post code, city, and street. Do not leave part of the address empty.

📥 Recipient Information

In Recipient Information, enter or check:

• recipient name,
• country, post code, city, and street,
• phone number, email address, and contact person when needed,
• GFL Recipient Code.

When shipping to an alternative recipient address, select the right ship-to address. Then check that GFL Recipient Code is filled in.

Select Next to continue to packages.
