Create a GFL Order

Create a GFL transport order from a sales document or as a new transport order.

When you create an order from a sales order, you can specify the carrier in the Carrier field in the order header. On the Carriers page, set Logistics Service for this carrier to GFL. The system then selects GFL automatically. If the carrier has no assigned logistics service, select the service manually in the selection window.

📄 Start from a Document

1. Open the document for the goods being shipped.
2. Select Create Transport Order.
3. If the carrier has no assigned GFL logistics service, select GFL manually.

GFL Transport Order Creator opens. When available, document information is filled in automatically.

📋 Create an Order without a Document

1. Open TMS | Transport Orders.
2. Select New.
3. Select GFL as the logistic service.

In this option, enter all shipment information in the wizard.
