Complete Raben Addresses

In the Addresses step of the Raben Transport Order Wizard, check the sender, collection location, and recipient.

📤 Check Sender Details

In Sender Details, check:

  • Name,
  • Country Code, Postal Code, City, and Address Line,
  • Phone No., Email, and Contact Person,
  • Raben Address Code.

The sender address code is retrieved from Sender Code in 🔗 Integration: Raben.

🚛 Complete the Collection Location

If goods are collected from a location other than the sender address:

  1. Select Collection Address Differs from Sender Address.
  2. Select Location Code.
  3. Check the Name, address, contact details, and Raben Address Code of the collection location.

If the collection location is the same as the sender address, leave Collection Address Differs from Sender Address cleared.

📥 Check Recipient Details

In Recipient Details, check:

  • Customer No. or Location Code,
  • Name,
  • Ship-to Address when the recipient has alternative addresses,
  • Country Code, Postal Code, City, and Address Line,
  • Phone No., Email, and Contact Person,
  • Raben Address Code.

Changing a customer, ship-to address, or location updates the address details and Raben address code.

✅ Check Addresses Before Continuing

The sender and recipient name, address line, city, postal code, and country must be completed. Also check that Raben Address Code matches the correct address.
