First GFL Setup

Before creating the first transport order, enable the GFL module and enter the details provided by GFL.

1️⃣ Enable the GFL Module

1. Open TMS | Setup.
2. In TMS | Modules, find the GFL row.
3. Select Enabled.
4. Close TMS | Setup.
5. Open TMS | Setup again.

After reopening the page, the 🔗 Integration: GFL section is available. Configure GFL only after completing these steps.

2️⃣ Enter GFL Details

1. On TMS | Setup, in 🔗 Integration: GFL, open TMS | GFL Setup.
2. Select Use Test Environment when the supplied details are intended for testing. Otherwise, leave the option cleared.
3. When using the test environment, enter Test API ID and API Secret. In the production environment, enter API ID and API Secret.
4. Enter the value supplied by GFL in GFL Contractor.
5. When needed, enter Default Sender ID. It is used when the shipping location has no separate sender code.
6. Select Test Connection.

When the test succeeds, a confirmation message shows that GFL is ready for sending.
