|---|---|---|---|
| GFL is not available while creating an order. | Open **TMS | Setup**. In **TMS | Modules**, check that Enabled is selected for GFL. Close the page and open it again. |
| The connection test does not succeed. | On **TMS | Setup**, in 🔗 Integration: GFL, open GFL setup and check the selected environment and the values in API ID, Test API ID, and API Secret. When the details are correct, contact GFL. | |
| GFL Sender Code or GFL Recipient Code is empty. | Complete the appropriate entry in Address Mapping. See Set Sender and Recipient Codes. | ||
| The system reports that a package is not configured. | Open **TMS | Package Interface Map** and set the mapping code for that package. See Prepare Packages. | |
| The Packages step cannot be completed. | Check that the order has at least one pallet, its weight is greater than zero, and all packages use the same GFL mapping code. | ||
| A label cannot be downloaded. | Check that the order was sent and has a tracking number. Then select Download Label again. | ||
| Delivery tracking is not available. | Check the tracking number, then select Refresh Order Status or Open Order Tracking. When the status remains unavailable, contact GFL. | ||
| An order cannot be cancelled. | Check the current order status. When cancellation is no longer possible, contact GFL. |
Tip
Before contacting GFL, prepare the transport order number and tracking number. This helps locate the shipment.
