Create a Raben Transport Order
Create a Raben transport order from a source document or without a document.
When you create an order from a sales order, you can specify the carrier in the Carrier field in the order header. On the Carriers page, set Logistics Service for this carrier to Raben. The system then selects Raben automatically. If the carrier has no assigned logistics service, select the service manually in the selection window.
📄 Create an Order from a Document
- Open the document from which you want to create an order.
- Select TMS → Create Transport Order.
- If the carrier has no assigned Raben logistics service, select Raben manually.
The Raben Transport Order Wizard opens. Information available in the document is copied to the wizard automatically.
Important
The Raben integration does not support orders created from purchase documents. For a purchase document, select another logistics service or create an order without a source document.
🆕 Create an Order without a Document
- Open TMS | Transport Orders.
- Select Order → New.
- Select recipient type and enter its number when you want to start from customer or vendor information. If the order has no source document, leave recipient type blank.
- Confirm the selection, then select Raben as the logistics service.
In this option, you enter shipment details in the wizard. When you select a customer or vendor, part of the information is completed from its card.
