Transport Orders
A transport order is a new document in the system, where data is collected about:
- what we want to send
- where we want to send from
- where we want to send to
- the shipping method, which includes how the goods are packed and what transport service we use
- the current shipment status
Transport orders, regardless of the source document from which they were created, are created separately, unifying all shipping processes and subsequent analyses.
Where can the shipment be fulfilled from?
- Sales Quote
- Sales Order
- Warehouse Shipment
- For the customer - the ability to create an Order without a source document, based only on the Customer's card. For example, internal, administrative, holiday shipments, etc.

Creating a Transport Order
Creating a transport order differs slightly depending on the selected logistics service. Below is the process for each logistics service.
No Logistics Service
No logistics service means creating a transport order that will not be sent to any carrier. All TMS functions remain active.
Basic Information
Complete and verify the sender's and recipient's address information. Based on system data, all known information has been entered automatically.
Packaging
This step is for entering all packages/pallets to be sent in the transport order. Fill in the required fields.
Tip
If you are using a properly configured Suggested Packages module, and the packages have been correctly calculated, we will fill in the packaging rows based on the calculations.
Product
This step is for correctly selecting the carrier, logistics service, and shipment date, if applicable.
If no carrier or logistics service was selected in the source document, a window will appear with the selection of the carrier and service.
Choose the shipment type. After selecting the courier pickup, enter the suggested shipment date.
Additional Information
In this section, you can enter optional information.
Summary
The final step in the transport order creation process. It summarizes all the collected information and performs a final verification.
To confirm the transport order, click Place Order.
A window with the total order price will appear. After confirming and clicking Yes, the order will be submitted.
If adding cost to the source document is enabled in TMS | Setup, the cost will be automatically added to the source document, or a question about adding the cost will be displayed.
Tip
If you are using a properly configured Minimum Order Value module, adding the cost will depend on whether the minimum has been met in the source document.
