New Features
💡 Low Stock Notification
New module automatically sends e-mail alerts when item inventory drops below defined thresholds. The module supports configurable rule sets with three precision levels: Global, Item Category and Item. Each rule set has its own recipients, and e-mails are sent in each recipient's preferred language (English and Polish). Monitoring runs automatically via a job queue entry.

💡 Bin Support — bins and zones
New module remembers the bin and location context selected on documents. Other Advanced Inventory features (availability, navigation, Trading Hub) react consistently with the selected bin. The module adds Qty. in Bin and Qty. in Zone fields on production component pages, item journal and consumption journal. It provides quick navigation to the Bin Content page directly from document lines.
💡 Inventory level and availability on Invt. Receipts and Shipments
The Inventory Level, Custom Availability and Visual Stock Indicator modules now support Inventory Receipts and Inventory Shipments documents. Inventory level fields, availability and row highlighting are visible on these document lines — same as on sales and purchase orders.
💡 Additional Inventory columns on Item List
The Item List page now supports up to three additional inventory columns for selected locations. Location codes are configured in N24I | Settings - Advanced Inventory in the Inventory by Location section. Column headers are generated dynamically (e.g. Inventory [WAREHOUSE-1]).
💡 Items by Location — Custom Availability
The system Items by Location page (matrix) now has a Use Custom Availability toggle. When enabled, matrix values are calculated using the Custom Availability module instead of standard inventory levels.
💡 Row Highlighting — Color Calculation Source
The Visual Stock Indicator settings now include a Color Calculation Source field. You can choose whether highlighting is based on Inventory (default) or Custom Availability — so colors can account for reservations and open orders.
💡 Inventory Rotation — report enhancements
The Inventory Rotation Report has been enhanced with a number of improvements:
- Default filters — central location and date filter loaded from settings
- Transfer unit of measure configurable at Item Category level
- Quick actions: Suggest Quantities, Round to Transfer UoM, Clear Quantities
- Add lines to an existing transfer order
- Qty. in Transfer UoM column
- Row highlighting when availability is insufficient
