Shipping with GFL

GFL integration lets you create a transport order, download its label, and follow the delivery without leaving Business Central.

📋 Before You Start

Complete the following preparation steps before creating the first order:

1. Enable and set up GFL.
2. Set sender and recipient codes.
3. Prepare packages.

🚀 Daily Work

After the integration is ready:

1. Create a GFL order.
2. Complete the addresses, packages, and transport details.
3. Send or change the order.
4. Manage a submitted order.

⚠️ Important Rules

• Every GFL order must contain at least one pallet with a weight greater than zero.
• Use only one pallet type in a shipment.
• Check the sender, recipient, and transport dates before sending an order.
